Easter!

Hi everyone! Cupcake here with a cupcake for Easter! http://www.mccormick.com/Recipes/Dessert/Easter-Cupcakes
What does your family do for Easter? My dads family and I celebrate our culture by doing something called cascarones. How do you do it, you may ask? Well, you dye eggs that are *Hollowed. *When you cook with eggs, use the back of a spoon and poke a hole through the top. Then wash inside egg and let dry*. Back to the instructions, then you fill the eggs with shredded colorful paper or confetti and close *the top of the egg with a paper towel cut into little circles. *Be sure to measure the top of egg so your circles are the right size*. Glue paper towels on to the egg top and let dry. On Easter morning you take the cascarones and crack them on peoples heads. If you would like to learn more here is a link: http://theaustintimes.com/2010/04/the-history-of-cascarones/. I hope you and your families have a wonderful Easter. Until next time, Stay sweet!
